You must always remember that as independent businesspersons you cannot use the Company's logos, including the Tri-Leaf logos, without also identifying yourselves as Herbalife Independent Distributors.
Failure to identify yourselves causes confusion in the marketplace.
- You may obtain the logos by download or in hard copy from the Company, but you may not obtain them from any other source.
- You may not alter the logos in any way, except to resize as necessary to fit the specific tools and
materials you create. Removal of the "Independent Distributor" wording is absolutely prohibited–no exceptions!
- You are permitted to personalize stationery assets that include a designated space for you to insert your name, phone and fax numbers, address, e-mail and web address.
- You may use the logos only in a manner that is compliant with the law and all Herbalife Rules (including the Rules of Conduct and Distributor Policies, the Supplemental Rules of Conduct, and the Nutrition Club Rules).

- Our Herbalife Independent Distributor logo consists of three (3) basic elements: the circle tri-leaf, the Herbalife name and the Independent Distributor name.
- The horizontal use logo is the preferred way to represent the brand.
- The circle behind the leaf must always be transparent so that any background behind the logo shows through.
