Soya protein isolate (74.9 %), whey protein concentrate (24.5 %), flavourings, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
How to use
One level tablespoon of powder (6 g) supplies 5 g of protein. Take one to four servings daily. Gently shake the canister prior to each use. This plain formula can be stirred into approx. 150 ml of your beverages and foods, including sauces, soups and gravies.
