Bosco Chiu

As chief risk officer, Bosco Chiu is responsible for working across all business units to lead enterprise risk management, internal controls, ethics and compliance strategy.

Mr. Chiu has been with Herbalife for over 25 years, holding progressive roles and responsibilities over various accounting functions, including, most recently, chief financial officer. With the significant growth of Herbalife’s business over the years, he has played a major role in expanding and strengthening its accounting infrastructure, including developing strong controllership teams, enhancing financial systems, processes and controls, implementing new accounting rules, and providing technical accounting support to significant transactions and company business initiatives.

Before joining Herbalife, he was an auditor at Price Waterhouse, a global accounting firm.

Mr. Chiu holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison.
