Henry Wang

Henry Wang is a seasoned legal executive with extensive global experience and an unwavering commitment to integrity, corporate ethics and compliance. As chief legal officer at Herbalife, he leads the company’s global legal and regulatory affairs, enterprise risk management and corporate secretary functions. He also oversees the worldwide member business practice and compliance function, ensuring that Herbalife Independent Distributors are supported through effective training and guidance to uphold company standards and local regulations.

Since joining Herbalife in 2013, Henry has served in multiple senior roles, including general counsel and chief compliance officer. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening Herbalife’s legal infrastructure and advancing a strong culture of accountability and transparency across global markets.

Before Herbalife, Henry was a partner at prominent law firms Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP and Reed Smith LLP. In private practice, he represented both U.S. and international companies in complex legal matters, including regulatory compliance, contract disputes, intellectual property and employment law. He also served as a trusted advisor on strategic legal issues for clients across a range of industries.

Henry holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School. He is also a dedicated community leader, having served on the boards of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association, the Asian Business League of Southern California, and the Asian Pacific Community Fund.
