Stella Tsai

Stella Tsai is a dedicated and experienced leader with a strong background in finance and operations and a deep commitment to advancing health and wellness. As managing director of Herbalife’s China region, she leads all aspects of business strategy, sales and marketing – partnering closely with Herbalife Independent Distributors to deliver meaningful results and support Herbalife’s purpose of helping people live their best lives.

Stella began her Herbalife journey in 2000 as a finance manager in the Taiwan market and has since taken on a variety of leadership roles across the region. She served as subregional controller and later as general manager of Taiwan, a role in which she led business development and sales operations. Most recently, she was subregional head for North Asia, overseeing Herbalife’s operations in Japan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

With more than two decades at Herbalife, Stella brings strong regional expertise, financial acumen and a people-first leadership style to her role in one of the company’s most important markets.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from National Taiwan University and a master’s degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
