Biography

Troy Hicks is a seasoned operations leader with a passion for innovation, efficiency and delivering world-class products that support Herbalife’s mission to improve lives through better nutrition. As chief operating officer, Troy oversees Herbalife’s global product lifecycle – including research and development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality assurance, logistics and global business service centers.

Since joining Herbalife in 2013, Troy has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s operations, driving excellence through innovation, quality and efficiency. As executive vice president of worldwide product operations, he led a comprehensive digital transformation of the global supply chain, enhanced speed to market and implemented stronger ingredient and brand guidelines, which helped advance Herbalife’s “seed-to-feed” quality and sourcing strategy — strengthening the company’s reputation for transparency and product integrity.

Troy’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, accountability and forward-thinking. He empowers teams to pursue continuous improvement and builds cross-functional partnerships that drive agility and resilience. His vision for Herbalife centers on creating a tech-enabled, data-driven operational ecosystem that can scale sustainably, adapt to changing customer needs and deliver long-term value across markets.

Prior to Herbalife, Troy held senior supply chain and manufacturing roles at Newell Brands (formerly Jarden Consumer Solutions), United Technologies, Teleflex Medical and American Capital, establishing a track record of leading complex transformations and building high-performance teams.

Troy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Johnson & Wales University and an MBA in Management from Hawaii Pacific University. He is committed to building a future-ready organization where operational excellence fuels innovation, and people are empowered to lead with purpose.
