In the event that you provide and authorize Herbalife to process your personal data, you are authorizing Herbalife to use your personal data in accordance with the processing contemplated in this notice for the recruitment process and job application you submit. You can oppose or reject going through the data treatment detailed in this document.  However, failure to provide this data, or otherwise revoking consent, may make it impossible for us to evaluate your application or may interrupt the recruitment process.  If you do not authorize the processing of personal data, Herbalife will abstain from using your information or filing it in its database.

Furthermore, you can withdraw your consent at any time by letting us know at the email address below. If you withdraw consent, your personal data will be deleted, unless longer retention is required by law.

Upon request, we will confirm whether we hold or are processing information that we have collected from you. You have the right to access, object, amend or update inaccurate or incomplete personal information, request deletion of your personal information, or request that we no longer use it.
