Ingredients
- 1 serving (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
- 1 serving (28 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
- 120 g fat-free natural yoghurt
- 120 ml water
- 50 g rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 15 g blueberries, slightly mashed
- Handful of extra blueberries, to garnish
Instructions
- Place the yoghurt in a bowl then whisk in the water.
- Add in the oats, chia seeds, Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour, Protein Drink Mix and blueberries. Mix well together.
- Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy in the morning.
Tips:
- Mash the blueberries first before adding it to the mixture.
