  • 2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Banana Caramel
  • 2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Herbalife® Active Fibre Complex, Apple
  • ½ red apple, diced
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of water
  • 3–5 ice cubes (optional)

 

Instructions
