Nutrients per serving:

  • Energy: 360 kJ
  • Protein: 4 g 
  • Carbohydrate: 16 g 
  • Fat: 1 g 
  • Fibre: 2 g 
  • Sugar: 8 g 


  • 1 serving (40 g) Herbalife Tri Blend Select Banana flavour
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • 80 g porridge oats (can use gluten-free) 
  • 60 ml unsweetened almond beverage 
  • 40 g dried apricots 
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 4 teaspoons organic coconut sugar  


  • Preheat the oven to 170° C (150° C Fan).
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
  • Add all ingredients (reserving 2 teaspoons sugar) to a food processor and blend until you have a thick batter consistency. 
  • Spoon a 1/8 of the mixture onto the sheet and spread out with the back of a spoon forming an 8-centimetre cookie. Repeat with remaining mixture. 
  • Use the rest of the sugar to sprinkle evenly across all 8 cookies. 
  • Bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes, until the cookies are brown and the sugar is caramelised. 
  • Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
