Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Herbalife® Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix, Tropical Fruit
  • 3 capfuls Herbalife® Herbal Aloe Concentrated Aloe Vera
  • 1 scoop Herbalife® Active Fibre Complex
  • 250 ml (1 cup) low-fat milk
  • 225 g (1 ½ cups) papaya cubes
  • 15 g (1 Tbsp.) chia seeds
  • 3–5 ice cubes
     

Instructions

  • Place the liquid in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend for 30 seconds.
