Nutrients per serving:

  • Energy: 711 kJ
  • Protein: 17 g 
  • Carbohydrate: 15 g 
  • Fat: 5 g 
  • Fibre: 1 g 
  • Sugar: 13 g 


  • 1 serving (50 g) Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength
  • 1 egg 
  • 2 egg whites  
  • 2 teaspoons icing sugar 
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat yoghurt, to serve 
  • 80 g fresh berries, to serve  


  • Preheat the oven to 180° C (160° C Fan).
  • Grease 3 dariole moulds or ramekins. 
  • Sift all the dry ingredients into a large bowl. 
  • Add the egg and egg whites. Whisk all the ingredients together to form a stiff batter. 
  • Spoon equal amounts of batter into each mould. 
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until almost set, they are nice when still gooey in the centre. 
  • Allow to cool for 2 minutes before turning out onto serving plates. 
  • Serve warm and garnish with yoghurt and berries.
