Biography
In his role as president of worldwide markets, Rob Levy is responsible for identifying regional growth opportunities, promoting the engagement of Herbalife Independent Distributors, and enhancing sales and marketing programs around the world to deliver an unparalleled Distributor and customer experience. All Herbalife managing directors will report to Rob, whose three-plus decades of field experience will continue to support the development and execution of regional business strategies.
Prior to this role, Rob served as managing director of Herbalife’s international markets, overseeing all business, strategy, sales and marketing functions across Asia-Pacific, South and Central America, and Russian-speaking markets, as well as international expansion. He has also served as regional president of the Americas as well as executive vice president of distributor affairs and Latin America, a position in which he led market teams and local Distributor leaders across South America, Central America and Mexico to drive sustainable growth in the regions.
Rob joined Herbalife in 1994 and has held a number of senior roles during his time with the company. He has been responsible for all Distributor-facing business, sales, and marketing and Distributor operation functions. He has run every region during his tenure with the company and has spent time overseeing worldwide product licensing and operations in the Americas. He also oversaw the new markets team, playing a key role in the opening of more than 35 markets around the world.
Before joining Herbalife, Rob was with Lear Astronics Corp., a leading aviation company where he was responsible for the contract and pricing groups. He holds a Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law.
