The Distributor Digital Sign-Up Kit Kit costs Php1,875 as of December 2025 in the Philippines. This is the only required cost to join Herbalife and become an Independent Distributor. There are no additional sign-up fees or inventory purchases needed to get started.

No. All Herbalife Independent Distributors need to have a Sponsor. The Sponsor is typically someone who introduced you to the Herbalife business opportunity. If you haven’t connected with anyone, you can request Herbalife to help find you a Sponsor.

All Distributors start at a 25% discount. This discount applies to personal purchases as well as products intended for resale. Independent Distributors can earn a discount of 35%, 42% or 50% under the Herbalife Sales & Marketing Plan.

Generally, Herbalife pays eligible Independent Distributors once a month, based on their documented retail sales to customers. At the end of each month, Herbalife calculates earnings and sends payment the following month. Distributors can view their detailed earnings in their monthly statement.

Yes, you can earn some extra income with Herbalife, but it requires hard work, time and dedication.

Herbalife Independent Distributors can make money through a variety of ways:
 

• Retail profit comes from purchasing Herbalife® products at a discounted price and selling them at the suggested retail price to customers.
• Commissions are earned when Distributors sponsor others and earn a percentage of their team’s sales.
• As their business grows, Distributors may also qualify for additional bonuses based on performance milestones and team success.

Most Distributors join part-time for product discounts and supplemental income. Many do not sell products or recruit others.

No. Distributors are prohibited from offering or facilitating sales of Herbalife® products through any auction, online auction or e-commerce website or any other website, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok shop and Facebook Marketplace.

No. Herbalife Independent Distributors may not sell Herbalife® products in markets (open or enclosed), pharmacies, kiosks, booths (temporary or permanent), swap meets, flea markets, food trucks, shipping containers, restaurants, food service establishments, or any similar location.

Herbalife’s policy requires that products be sold through its network of a Independent Distributors. This helps ensure that each customer receives personalized support, coaching, product education, and guidance for their wellness goals.

If an Herbalife Independent Distributor resigns for any reason, the Distributor is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the Digital Sign-Up Kit, and unopened products, that were purchased within the previous 12 months. The refund amount includes the cost of the items, any taxes, any shipping and handling costs on the original delivery and return of the items to Herbalife.

An Herbalife Independent Distributor is an independent entrepreneur who buys Herbalife® products at a discount and can sell them at a profit. While most Distributors join part-time and enjoy the discount for their personal use, others choose to share products with friends and family or take a more active role in helping customers reach their wellness goals.

Distributors are often seen as wellness coaches and receive training from Herbalife experts to support their knowledge of nutrition and product use. They are not employees of Herbalife – they run their own businesses, set their own schedules and decide how much time to commit.

Some Distributors choose to grow their business further by building a team of other Distributors or even opening a Nutrition Club to create a community-based wellness space.
