Nutrients per serving:

  • Energy: 1133 kJ
  • Protein: 19 g 
  • Carbohydrate: 34 g 
  • Fat: 7 g 
  • Fibre: 8 g 
  • Sugar: 9 g 


  • 1 serving (26 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
  • 1 serving (28 g) Herbalife Protein Drink Mix 
  • 120 g fat-free natural yoghurt 
  • 120 ml water 
  • 50 g rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 
  • 15 g blueberries, slightly mashed 
  • Handful of extra blueberries, to garnish 


  • Place the yoghurt in a bowl then whisk in the water.
  • Add in the oats, chia seeds, Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour, Protein Drink Mix and blueberries. Mix well together. 
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight. 
  • Enjoy in the morning. 


  • Mash the blueberries first before adding it to the mixture.
