  • 2 servings (12 g) Herbalife Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 large onion (roughly 150 g), finely chopped 
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated 
  • 300 g mushrooms (can use a variety), chopped 
  • 200 ml low fat coconut milk 
  • 700 ml vegetable stock, reduced salt 
  • Pinch of black pepper  


  • Pour the olive oil into a saucepan over a low heat, add in the onion and garlic and season with pepper. 
  • Cover the pot and cook gently until the onions are tender. 
  • Add in the chopped mushrooms and the ginger and cook, uncovered, over a medium to high heat until the mushrooms are cooked. 
  • Place the coconut milk in a bowl and mix in Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder. 
  • Whisk in the stock. 
  • Pour this onto the mushrooms and bring up to boil.  
  • Simmer for 2 minutes. 
  • Blend and season to taste.
