Distributor Refund & Termination Policy:
If a Distributor terminates their distributorship for any reason, the Distributor is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the International Business Pack (IBP) /Digital Starter Kit, unopened products, Herbalife produced literature and sales aids, that were purchased within the previous 12 months. The refund amount includes the cost of the items, any taxes, any shipping, and handling costs on the original delivery and return of the items to Herbalife. To obtain a refund, Distributors may call Herbalife at 866-622-1222 or submit the repurchase form available at MyHerbalife.com/en-ca.
Herbalife Retail Customer and Preferred Customer Refund Policy:
If for any reason a Customer or Preferred Customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased directly from us or from a Herbalife Independent Distributor, the Customer may return it for a refund or product exchange within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the product.
If the Preferred Customer cancels their membership, for any reason, within 90 days from the date the application is accepted by Herbalife, the Preferred Customer is entitled to a full refund of the initial membership cost. A written cancelation is required to initiate the refund process.
