Ingredients

  • ½ serving (13 g) Herbalife Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour
  • 2 servings (12 g) Herbalife Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder 
  • 6 spring onions (50 g when trimmed and sliced) 
  • 300 g frozen peas 
  • 800 ml vegetable stock (boiling) 
  • 1 tablespoon mint leaves, roughly grated 
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper, for seasoning 

Instructions

  • Place the spring onions and the peas in a blender.
  • Pour on the boiling stock and add in the chopped mint. 
  • Add in Formula 1 Vanilla Cream flavour and Formula 3 Personalised Protein Powder and blend well until smooth. 
  • Season to taste. 

Tips:

  • This soup is also delicious with coriander instead of the mint, and ½ chopped green chilli.
