Ingredients

  • 2 scoops F1 Shake Mix French Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Mixed Fiber
  • 250 ml of water
  • 90 g red apple, diced
  • 50 g ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place the liquid in a blender, then add the remaining ingredients.
