​​Biography​

Thomas Harms is a passionate leader focused on Herbalife’s mission to empower people and elevate lives through wellness, opportunity and purpose. As managing director of Herbalife’s Asia Pacific region, Thomas leads with purpose – driving growth, strategy and innovation across 14 markets, from Australia to Korea. He works with Independent Distributors to create impact, spark momentum, and position Herbalife as a premier health and wellness company, community and platform. 

With over two decades of global leadership experience, Thomas brings unique strategic insight. Before stepping into his current role, he served as senior vice president of Global Customer Retention – championing initiatives that put people first and building loyalty through value-driven experiences. He is deeply connected to the Asia Pacific region, previously serving as senior vice president and managing director of China and Asia Pacific. 

Thomas’ journey at Herbalife has been defined by purpose-led growth. From spearheading product strategy and digital innovation in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, to leading global brand and marketing efforts, he has played a key role in shaping Herbalife into the world-class health and wellness platform it is today. His work has fueled Distributor success and shaped Herbalife’s brand evolution.

Before joining Herbalife, Thomas held leadership roles at Allied Domecq Retailing International, where he led market expansion and brand development across Middle East and Latin American regions. He holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Redlands.
