  • 96 g (4 servings) Protein Bake Mix
  • 104 g (4 servings) Formula 1 Healthy Meal Smooth Chocolate
  • 50 g coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 100 ml semi skimmed milk
  • 50 g low fat spread
  • Baking paper

 

​​Instructions​

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas 4 and line a large oven tray with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine the Protein Bake Mix, Formula 1 Healthy Meal Smooth Chocolate, bicarbonate of soda and milk. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
  • Mix the low-fat spread into the mixture. Scoop around 2 tbsp of the mixture into your hands and roll into a ball. Place on the prepared sheet and press down with your fingers to make a biscuit shape. Repeat with the rest of the mixture to make eight, setting them apart from each other by 2 cm at least.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until set and crisp. Allow to cool on the tray then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

*The Protein Bake Mix nutritional profile is unchanged when cooked/heated, however, if other Herbalife products are used in the recipes too, some of the vitamin levels in those products may decline by cooking.
