Refund policy

Associate Refund & Resignation Policy:

If an Associate resigns for any reason, the Associate is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the unopened & resalable products, Herbalife produced literature and or Sales Materials that are purchased within the previous 12 months from Herbalife for a full refund of the purchase price (including the cost of returning the products). Associates may initiate the refund process through the Online Support on https://www.myherbalife.com/   or by contacting the Associate Services Team on 080-40311444.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy:

If for any reason a Retail Customer or Preferred Customer is not completely satisfied with any Herbalife product purchased directly from us or from a Herbalife Independent Associate, the Customer may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days from the date the Customer receives the product.
