​​Anyone can become an Herbalife Independent Distributor/Associate by signing up through a Sponsor.​

No. All Herbalife Independent Associates need to have a Sponsor. The Sponsor is typically someone who introduced you to the Herbalife business opportunity. If you haven’t connected with anyone, you can request Herbalife to help find you a Sponsor. 

Sponsors help guide new Associates, answer questions and provide mentorship to help build a successful business. 

All Associates start at a 25% discount. This discount applies to personal purchases as well as products intended for resale. Independent Associates can earn a discount of 35%, 42% or 50% under the Herbalife Sales & Marketing Plan.

Generally, Herbalife pays eligible Independent Associates once a month, based on their documented retail sales to customers. At the end of each month, Herbalife calculates earnings and sends payment the following month. Associates can view their detailed earnings in their monthly statement.

Herbalife Independent Associates can earn retail profit by selling products directly to customers. For example, in India., if you buy a Formula 1 shake for ₹ 1,759.00 and sell it at the suggested retail price of ₹3,227.00, you could make a profit of ₹ 1,468.00 per unit. 

In addition to retail profit, eligible Associates may also earn commissions, royalties, production bonuses and other incentives based on their sales and business performance.

Yes, you can earn some extra income with Herbalife, but it requires hard work, time and dedication. 

Herbalife Independent Associates can make money through a variety of ways: 

• Retail profit comes from purchasing Herbalife® products at a discounted price and selling them at the suggested retail price to customers.
• Commissions are earned when Associates sponsor others and earn a percentage of their team’s sales.  
• As their business grows, Associates may also qualify for additional bonuses based on performance milestones and team success. 

Most Associates join part-time for product discounts and supplemental income. Many do not sell products or recruit others.

Yes, many Herbalife Independent Associates have built successful businesses, with some making it their primary source of income. However, success is not guaranteed and depends on individual effort, skill and long-term commitment.

No, Herbalife does not pay for trips directly. However, the company offers incentives such as retreats, training events, vacations and cash bonuses for Herbalife Independent Associates who meet specific sales goals. These promotions are based on documented customer sales and provide a great opportunity to celebrate your success and connect with others in the community. 

No. Distributors/Associates are prohibited from offering or facilitating sales of Herbalife® products through any auction, online auction or e-commerce website or any other website, including Flipkart or Amazon. Associates may only sell products online using platforms created by Herbalife.  

To support Associates, Herbalife offers free, branded e-commerce websites that are customizable within set guidelines. These sites include up-to-date product information and built-in shopping features that allow Associates to set retail prices. All core product content is standardized by Herbalife to ensure accuracy, compliance with product claim regulations and consistency with the Herbalife brand. Returning customers can log in with their existing credentials, while new customers can easily register and begin shopping once approved.

No. Herbalife Independent Associates may not sell Herbalife® products in markets (open or enclosed), pharmacies, kiosks, booths (temporary or permanent), swap meets, flea markets, food trucks, shipping containers, restaurants, food service establishments or any similar location.

Herbalife’s policy requires that products be sold through a direct, personal relationship with a trained Associate. This helps ensure that each customer receives personalized support, coaching, product education and guidance for their wellness goals.

If an Associate resigns for any reason, the Associate is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the unopened & resalable products, Herbalife produced literature and or Sales Materials that are purchased within the previous 12 months from Herbalife for a full refund of the purchase price (including the cost of returning the products).
