Heather’s Peanut Butter Bites

Part One:

  • 2 TBSP white chia seeds
  • 2 TBSP flaxseeds
  • 2 TBSP water


Part Two:

  • 2 TBSP (½ scoop) Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 TBSP powdered peanut butter


Part Three:

  • 6 scoops Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ½ cup rolled oats (1-minute or 5-minute type)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup raisins, coarsely chopped
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 medium banana, mashed (about ½ cup)
  • 1–2 TBSP lemon juice (or water)



Step One:

In a small mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, flaxseeds and water. Stir until well combined; set aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.


Step Two:

In a small bowl, combine 2 TBSP Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream and powdered peanut butter and set aside.


Step Three:

In a large mixing bowl, combine Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream, rolled oats, salt and raisins. Mix well, then add peanut butter, banana, the chia/flaxseed mixture and the lemon juice. Mix well with your hands. Mixture should be just moist enough to hold together, not sticky.


Step Four:

Roll protein ball mixture into 1” balls, then roll in Herbalife24® Rebuild Strength Vanilla Ice Cream/peanut butter powder mixture to coat. Set protein balls on a large plate or cookie sheet covered with waxed paper and set in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow energy bites to firm up.


Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
