John DeSimone

John DeSimone is a seasoned executive with a strategic mindset and a deep commitment to driving growth and delivering value. As interim chief executive officer of Herbalife, he leads the company's global business and works closely with the Board of Directors and leadership team to advance Herbalife's strategy and operational execution. 

John joined Herbalife in 2007 and has played a key role in shaping the company's evolution. Over nearly two decades, he has served in leadership positions including chief financial officer, president, and chief strategy officer. Throughout his tenure, he has led initiatives that strengthened Herbalife's global business, expanded Distributor support and enhanced operational performance across regions. 

John's leadership style is rooted in collaboration, data-driven decision-making and long-term value creation. He is known for his ability to align strategy and execution while fostering strong partnerships across the organization and Distributor network. His approach emphasizes transparency, accountability and sustainable growth, helping position Herbalife for continued success. 

Prior to joining Herbalife, John held senior financial roles at Rexall Sundown Inc., a multinational supplement and sports nutrition company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and remains actively engaged in the community, including past service on the board of trustees for the California Science Center.
