Can you sell Herbalife in stores?
No. Herbalife Independent Distributors may not sell Herbalife® products in markets (open or enclosed), pharmacies, kiosks, booths (temporary or permanent), swap meets, flea markets, food trucks, shipping containers, restaurants, food service establishments or any similar location.
Herbalife’s policy requires that products be sold through a direct, personal relationship with a trained Distributor. This helps ensure that each customer receives personalized support, coaching, product education and guidance for their wellness goals.
