How to cancel an Herbalife Distributor membership?

If an Herbalife Independent Distributor resigns for any reason, the Distributor is entitled to a full refund of the cost of the IBP/Digital Starter Kit, unopened products, Herbalife-produced literature and sales aids, and unused U.S. corporate event tickets that were purchased within the previous 12 months. The refund amount includes the cost of the items, any taxes, any shipping and handling costs on the original delivery and return of the items to Herbalife.  

Distributors may initiate the refund process through the Online Refund Self-Service Center on MyHerbalife.com or by contacting the Refunds and Repurchase Department at 1-855-757-4747 to arrange for the pickup of items to be returned to Herbalife.
