Who is Herbalife's CEO?

Herbalife’s current CEO is Stephan Gratziani. He began his Herbalife journey in 1991 after a career as a competitive U.S. cyclist and time spent living in Paris. Inspired by Herbalife’s mission to improve lives through better nutrition, Stephan built one of the company’s most successful global Distributorships, spanning more than 70 markets.

In 2025, Stephan became the first Distributor since founder Mark Hughes to lead Herbalife as CEO. Before that, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and President, bringing valuable field experience and strategic insight to the company’s leadership.

Since assuming the CEO role, Stephan has focused on modernizing global sales training, deepening distributor engagement, and transforming Herbalife into a tech-enabled, global wellness platform. His leadership is driven by a passion for empowering people and a commitment to long-term growth.
