What is Fiit-NS™?
Fiit-NS™ is a blend of polyphenols that are extracted from fruits and vegetables. Polyphenols are a class of phytonutrient, a broad name for a variety of compounds produced by plants. These compounds are naturally occurring in plants and are known to be powerful antioxidants with many health benefits such as supporting metabolic health.
The blend of polyphenols used in Fiit-NS™ has been scientifically studied and contains botanical extracts of green tea, grapefruit, grape, black carrot, and guarana with vitamin B3 and caffeine. Vitamin B3 helps the body support energy yielding metabolism while reducing tiredness and fatigue. This, in combination with a reduced waist circumference and abdominal fat mass, may help people to feel better and healthier (1, 2).
The physiological role of Fiit-NS™ has been assessed in clinical trials (1, 2) with positive outcomes. The effectiveness of Fiit-NS™ for improving metabolic parameters and health-related quality of life has been assessed in two separate clinical trials where 450 mg of either Fiit-NS™ or a placebo were given twice daily with meals at breakfast and lunch to volunteers with overweight and obesity (1, 2). Volunteers were advised to follow a standard diet with 30 minutes of physical activity per week (1, 2). Studies show that Fiit-NS™ helps facilitate the following health benefits in three different categories:
Reduced abdominal fat mass & waist circumference
Taking 2 servings of Fiit-NS™ daily for 16 weeks resulted in a reduced waist circumference (-1.1cm) and a lowered abdominal fat mass (-1.0kg) (2). Participation in a more active lifestyle, reported after taking Fiit-NS™, may also contribute positively to improvements in body parameters.
Waist circumference is one of the main easy-to-measure factors indicating the status of our metabolic health. Results from the scientific study suggest that regular consumption of Fiit-NS™ not only improved body measurements and composition but also had a positive impact on metabolic risk factors (2).
Participation in a more active lifestyle, reported after taking Fiit-NS™, may also contribute positively to health-related quality of life and well-being, including physical functioning and vitality.
Improvements in physical functioning and vitality were reported as the greatest health-related quality of life benefits after using Fiit-NS™ (2). Improvements in health-related quality of life were assessed using the Short-Form (SF-36) health survey as a standard of measurement.

How it works
Fiit-NS™ contains vitamin B3 which works together with selected polyphenols and caffeine to support the metabolic process by which the body converts food into energy helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Studies suggests that the anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatory properties of plant compounds help to support cardiovascular health which in turn can improve physical function and vitality (1, 2).
