Scott Schaefer

Scott Schaefer is a strategic finance and business leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, e-commerce strategy, financial efficiency and operational excellence. As chief financial officer of Herbalife, he oversees the company's global financial operations, including financial reporting, strategic planning, accounting, tax, treasury, audit and investor relations.

Prior to becoming CFO, Scott served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Transformation, where he helped advance the company's financial discipline, operational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives. He is known for leveraging technology, data analytics and cross-functional leadership to enhance customer experience, optimize profitability and drive sustainable business growth. 

Scott's leadership philosophy is centered on customer focus, innovation and accountability. He is committed to strengthening Herbalife's financial performance, advancing its digital capabilities and supporting the company's mission to improve lives through health, wellness and entrepreneurial opportunity.

Before joining Herbalife, Scott spent 16 years with Zappos, including serving as chief executive officer. During his tenure, he led key initiatives to strengthen the company's market position, enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency and support long-term growth.
